Position Summary
The Accounts Payable Administrator is responsible for supporting the financial team in completing accounting processes and cycles for Valley Fab Corp. this position is a key role within our organization and helps drive our client’s success, retention, and account development. This roll will allow for growth into other great opportunities if drive, desire, and aptitude is demonstrated.
Accounts Payable Administrator Job Duties
- Handles accounts payable for separate entities and vendors
- Respond in a timely manner to all payment status inquires
- Answer phone calls regarding payment status
- Display top notch customer service
- Research invoice details and reach out to carriers for clarification as needed
- Resolve documentation issues, following up with management when needed
- Track outstanding issues and follow up as needed
- Perform various departmental duties as needed
- Perform front desk duties as needed
- Assist Accounts Payable lead
Accounts Payable Administrator Skills and Qualifications
- Administrative writing skills
- Organization detailed
- Data entry skills
- General math skills
- Financial analyzing information
- Attention to detail and thoroughness
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs
- Reporting research results
