Job Posting for Bootcamp Head Coach at Valley Fitness

Valley Fitness is looking for a Head Coach! Must have an understanding of how much of an impact we have on our members, communities and teammates, and be passionate about people and fitness. This is a leadership position and you will be overseeing other bootcamp coaches as well as maintaining the highest levels of customer service, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

  • Proven history of making clients of varying fitness levels, ages, etc, feel comfortable and motivated.
  • Ability to challenge clients while still promoting a fun atmosphere!
  • Must be ambitious, driven, honest, enthusiastic, have personal integrity and a passion for the fitness industry.
  • Minimum of one nationally accredited personal training certification (required within 60 days of hire)
  • Proven leadership ability in an educational, fitness or professional setting
  • Certified for automated external defibrillator (AED) and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay
  • Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Atwater, CA 95301: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Associate (Preferred)
