Valley Medical Group is looking for an energetic and outgoing part time Healthcare Recruiter to help staff our Health Care Centers!
Location: Greenfield, MA
Hours: This is a 28 hour per week position with hours worked between 8:00am and 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. The schedule is flexible and can be discussed during the interview.
Responsibilities: As the Healthcare Recruiter you will be responsible for staff recruitment of the organization which includes sourcing (advertising, cold calling, networking, etc.), screening and interviewing of applicants, posting jobs, reference checks, and on-boarding/ retention processes.
The Recruiter will be responsible for reviewing applications and phone screening all candidates to determine quality and fit for organization. You will also provide information about Valley Medical Group, compensation and benefits, as well as specific elements of the position.
In this role, the Recruiter will play an in integral part of the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in health or business administration preferred, or equivalent applicable experience.
- A minimum of 1 year of healthcare experience.
- Human Resources experience in a fast-paced and complex healthcare organization.
- 2 years in a professional level staffing role preferred.
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now.
- Exceptional communication skills, using a wide variety of methods.
- Ability to work independently and interact with others in a professional and confidential manner.
- Orchestrates a positive candidate experience throughout the onboarding process.
- Able to skillfully influence and promote/sell ideas persuasively.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, respond and adapt proactively to changing deadlines and demands.
