Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Ultrasound Technologist located in Angier, NC. The Ultrasound Technologist will be responsible for conducting diagnostic ultrasound examinations, capturing images, interpreting results, and providing accurate reports to physicians. Additionally, the Ultrasound Technologist will ensure the proper operation of ultrasound equipment and maintain patient records.
Qualifications
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
- American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) certification
- Proficient in conducting diagnostic ultrasound examinations
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) system
