Generations Vibrant Life (Activities) Coordinator
SUMMARY of Duties
The Generations Vibrant Life (Activities) Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Generations (Memory Care) Program Director organizing, planning, facilitating and directing the overall operations of the Vibrant Life® (Activities) Department for the Generation / Memory Care in accordance with current standards, guidelines and regulations, company policies and procedures, and as may be directed by the Generations Program Director to assure that an on-going program of activities is designed to meet, in accordance with the assessment, the interests and the physical, mental, and psychological well-being of each Memory Care resident. Make recommendations to the Generations Program Director or Generations Program Director with respect to Generations/Memory Care staff evaluations, merit pay increases, reprimands, disciplinary actions and terminations. This position is for Generations/Memory Care units with thirty-five (35) or more residents.

Work Experience Qualifications
· Prefer one (1) year experience providing residential care to the elderly or similar experience with specialized dementia care and memory support programs. Prefer six months supervisory experience in a health-related field.
Educational Qualifications
· High school education is required
· Certification as required by state
· Must be at least 18 years of age
