Position: FT - Continuous Quality Improvement Specialist
Location: York County, PA

Essential Functions for the Continuous Quality Improvement Specialist:
- Collect, analyze and report on data collected.
- Ensure assessment tools and means of data collection are effectively reflecting the services being provided (ie: SBLS pre & posttests, intake forms and demographics in Welligent, and direct service hours vs. goal achievement in AAI). Lead the School-Based program in achieving the status of a Promising Practice and/or an Evidenced Based program by securing a research relationship with a local college.
- Identify gaps in data collection and create or update assessment tools to meet the need.
- Create the annual report for the school-based program using the "Annual Report" Guide on Google Drive.
- Train employees on effective data collection and advise the Leadership team on areas for improvement. Including gaps in services, trends and potential risks.
Minimum Qualifications for the Continuous Quality Improvement Specialist:
- A bachelor's degree in social work, Data Analytics, Quality Assurance or other related field. If the degree is in an unrelated field, then the candidate must have at least 4 years of experience in quality assurance and/or program improvement, child welfare or school-based services.
- Two or more years' experience working in quality assurance and program improvement/implementation.
- A valid driver's license, a motor vehicle report that meets agency requirements and reliable transportation that can safely transport clients if needed.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule.
- Ability to complete the pre-employment physical and drug test requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Three or more years' experience working in quality assurance and program improvement/implementation.
- Experience using Canva is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided.
- An understanding of the barriers and challenges that students face including reasons for truancy, lack of self-esteem, parent child conflict, etc.
- An understanding of the Child Welfare system and non-abuse related reasons for referral.
- Ability to utilize Google Workspace and an Electronic Health Record/Case Management system.
