Job Title: Senior FInance Manager 

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Location: Hybrid, San Fernando, Pampanga - Philippines

Shift Pattern: Philippines day shift

Position Overview:

 

We are seeking a professionally qualified and experienced strategic-minded Senior Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide leadership and direction to our finance team while working closely with our group finance and operations teams.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and governing the preparation of Management accounts
  • KPI analysis, providing insights to drive business decision making
  • Assist with the division budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning process
  • Ensure the company is always compliant in relation to transfer pricing
  • Management of transactional finance
  • Fulfilment of daily finance requirements of the organization
  • Coordination with HR on policy making, implementation and Payroll processing
  • Coordination with Operations Managers regarding billables
  • Establish, implement, and document accountingprocesses in order to scale more efficiently and effectively
  • Ensure compliance with tax requirements
  • Partnering closely with stakeholders across the division to support optimal decision-making and drive operational performance and efficiency
  • Develop, measure, and maintain key financial metrics
  • Work closely with Finance teams to ensure financial information is real-time and available to key people within the company
  • Oversight and operational management of operational bank accounts
  • Management of cash flow forecasting
  • Identify and suggest operational best practices in the area of finance
  • Building out a finance function including processes, teams, systems
  • Finance team management

  • Bcom or equivalent financial degree
  • Professional qualification (CPA)
  • Minimum 5 years experience post training
  • Experience in systems and procedures
  • Logical, systematic approach to undestanding and improving processes
  • Ability to understand, interpret and report on all financial areas
  • Ability to handle mulitiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Confortable with constant change
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

  • Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
  • Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint.  Job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results.
