About us

Valplastic USA LLC is a 22-year old company. We manufacture our proprietary branded irrigation equipment in four factories around the world, market and sell through a dealer network around the country and abroad. It also distributes irrigation equipment from two major domestic manufacturers.

Valplastic USA is growing and expected to grow more with introduction of a new product line. We are looking for a reliable, honest and smart individual for taking care of the operations related to shipping and receiving. We would prefer some one with an Associate degree or higher but will consider applicants who would be going to college to complete an Associate or Bachelor's degree, taking evening or online classes.

This position requires hands-on training for 2 months before being fully operational so we discourage applicants looking for a temporary job. The selected candidate will receive a performance bonus after 6 months and again in December 2021. This job provides excellent opportunity to create a knowledge base for running a business, sales/marketing as well as operational management. Only sincere and reliable candidates should apply.

This is an ideal position who likes to do his work independently and responsibly without much day to day supervision. This job has growth and higher earning potential due to growth of the company coming from new ventures in the coming months.

Job Responsibilities are:

• Overall in charge for operations of a small company, once training is completed.
• Processing purchase orders from customers and shipping using UPS and common carriers.
• Manage common carrier relationships and arrange to receive products from vendors and various other sources.
• Vendor shipment processing and receiving.
• Inventory management, organizing and maintaining inventory level.
• Learning Opportunities related to accounting software for order processing and invoicing.
• Maintaining data using Excel and learning the accounting software, QuickBooks, for which training will be provided.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member is required.
• Currently hands-on operations work is about 40% and 60% office work.

Work Experience and Skills:

• 1 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word) experience will be helpful.
• QuickBooks experience is desirable, but not necessary. Will train.
• Warehouse operational experience such as taking inventory and loading/unloading will be helpful. Forklift driving experience will be helpful.
• Applicant must be proficient with multi-tasking and organized.
• Must have a pleasant personality and phone manners.
• Any background in software like Photoshop will be helpful.
• This job will grow with management and hiring responsibilities as the company grows.
• Forklift driving will be necessary but occasionally.
• Bilingual Spanish is not required but may be helpful.

Working Hours: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (Monday - Friday)

Education: Preferably Associate degree but minimum H.S. Diploma or enrolled in college ( evening or online). Must be trainable, has a desire to learn for self-improvement.

Salary: Flexible depending on experience and education for the right candidate.
