Job Requirements

• Must have Multifamily Renovation Experience
• Must be Able to Run Multiple Units at a Time
• Great People Skills, Dealing with Tenants, Tradesman,

City Officials, Property Managers and us (ha-ha)

• Able to Make Decisions in a Fast Paced Environment
• Keen Eye for Detail
• Able to Schedule, Order and Receive Materials
• Great Organizational Skills
• Manage Budget
• Professional Appearance
• Proficient is Microsoft Suite, Apple and Other Software
• Ability to be Accountable for Your Project
• Must have Reliable Vehicle to Drive from One Site to Another
• Builder Trend Experience is Desired
• Bilingual (Spanish) is Desired

We have several positions available in Central Illinois as well as Shreveport and Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The pay is negotiable, we typically only work Monday through Friday with the occasional weekend. Health Benefits are available as well

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
