What you will be doing

Location : 100% Remote

This Managing Consultant role will support projects related to Pharmacy Supply Chain Management, including Consolidated Service Centers.

1. Scopes, plans and manages one or more engagement work streams, ensuring quality, cost and delivery requirements are achieved;

structures deliverable content and develops recommendations and solutions.

2. Leads portions of client meetings.

3. Selects, modifies and applies appropriate Methods, Approaches and tools.

4. Documents, escalates and resolves engagement issues and risks.

5. Documents and communicates associate performance feedback; mentors staff.

6. Develops and presents portions of client proposals.

7. Identifies and develops service add-on opportunities within existing clients.

8. Builds expertise in one or more solution portfolios.

9. Contributes to new and or enhanced Methods, Approaches and tools.

10. Contributes to publications and speaking engagements that build Cencora market imminence.

11. Actively supports Cencora recruiting efforts.

12. Performs related duties as assigned.

What your background should look like

Active Pharmacist degree is preferred. Advanced degree highly preferred, such as PharmD, MBA, MHA, MS, PMP; minimum of 7 10 years hospital / health system experience, with at least 3 years in a manager, director, project manager role, or minimum or 5 8 years in a supervisory or project lead consulting role, preferably within the healthcare field;

relevant experience and / or certification in Lean, or Six Sigma, or Project Management highly preferred.

1. Demonstrated experience and knowledge of problem solving, performance improvement, process and clinical analysis methods and approaches

2. Pharmacy consulting role, will require specific primary and advanced health degree (s), such as Pharmacy, etc.

Salary Range*

$118,000 - 181,720

This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado / California / Washington / New York State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
