How You’ll Make an Impact

The Executive Assistant for the Growth Office serves as a key point of contact for internal and external constituencies on matters pertaining to the Chief Growth Officer. This role completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitates the executive’s ability to effectively lead the department, including: assisting with special projects; designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations; preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties; composing and preparing correspondence; maintaining contact lists and calendars; and making travel arrangements. Responsibilities can vary in complexity from routine to projects requiring significant analysis and material development.

 

In the role, you would be responsible for:

  • Actively coordinates and participates in Growth team key meetings helping coordinate agenda, meeting notes and post meeting follow-ups. Works closely with manager to develop agendas, coordinates content and executes meetings and assists with communications as required.
  • Assists executive with the development of presentations, reports, digital tools and regular organizational communications.
  • Supports executive and managers with management of calendar, supports travel arrangements, expense reports and documentation, and assists with department budgeting and financial forecasting.
  • Plans, develops and implements department-wide and corporate events and meetings. Works closely with manager to develop agendas, coordinates content, executes meetings and assists with communications, as needed.
  • Performs office management duties such as ordering supplies and equipment, and approving time for payroll purposes. Assists in planning budgets; may be responsible for preparing, controlling, justifying, analyzing, interpreting budget and investigate discrepancies.

What You’ll Need

  • Associate degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 5 years of experience performing complex administrative and/or office work, including 1 years supporting leadership position. 

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities simultaneously.

  • Technology savvy.

  • Competent with administrative processes.

  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Strongly Proficient in Microsoft Office products and software (most notably PowerPoint).

  • Ability to prioritize and problem solve.

  • Ability to hold highly confidential information as appropriate

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
