Position Overview: The main focus of a CNC Machinist Level I; to learn methods that utilize manufacturing equipment to provide value added services for customers. Position that is intended to advance to a CNC Machinist Level II.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

- Demonstrate ability to follow safety rules.
- Conducts self in professional manner.
- Demonstrate abilities to follow on the job training instructions.
- Monitor fluid levels of machine, and report any maintenance needed to Department Lead.
- Demonstrate ability to read blue prints and inspect parts with specified measuring devices.
- Complete job order documentation in accordance with ISO 9001 quality standards.
- Load/unload parts in provided work holding method per setup.
- Must be able to repeatably load and unload work pieces up to 50 lbs. each
- Deburr parts as required.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Maintain clean work area.

- GED or High School diploma preferred but not required.

- Advance to a CNC Machinist Level II. Advancement to a CNC Machinist Level II requires a test with a passing score.
