The Van Buren County Sheriff’s Office has an opening for a full time Dispatch Supervisor/Office Manager. Some of the duties will include:

· Overseeing the day to day operation of the Dispatch Center

· Overseeing the day to day operation of the Civil Office

· Staff management

· Scheduling

· Payroll

· Paying bills

· Weapon Permits

· Registering Sex Offenders

· Keeping track of the finances within the office

· Annual reports

· Audits

· Workman’s Comp claims/Vehicle accidents

· Any other duties assigned by the Sheriff or Chief Deputy

Benefits include IPERS, health insurance, vision, & dental. Salary will be based on experience. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
