Summary:

As a Day-of Event Assistant at our distinguished venues, you will gain exceptional experience working alongside a passionate venue team, the finest vendors from across the state, and high profile clients. Your main objective will be to assist the Day-of Event Coordinator through the progression of the event. You’ll gain valuable customer service experience in the event & wedding industry, all while benefiting from a flexible schedule.

Essential Functions

  • Create a welcoming atmosphere by being available and responsive to guest and client needs
  • Ensure the venue is in perfect order (both in function and beauty)
  • Use creative vision for organizing/displaying decor
  • Respond quickly and effectively to coordinator direction
  • Anticipate guest needs and act proactively
  • Arrive promptly to scheduled shifts

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
