Business Process Analyst

Position Overview

Vana Solutions is looking for a Business Process Analyst in Beavercreek, OH. Vana Solutions, LLC is an information technology services company headquartered in Beavercreek, Ohio. Vana Solutions delivers technical solutions supporting complex organizational objectives while solving business-driven challenges. 

What will you do?

·        Develop Governance documentation for current and new processes.·        Key Stakeholder in design development for new environments·        Create and design reports and metrics for tracking business and product success. ·        Gather customers' requirements and use cases.·        Develop and facilitate onboarding for new customers.·        Facilitate resolutions for customer issues or complaints.·        Analyzes system requirements and assists in design and development activities.·        Leads testing and debugging for significant enchantments.·        Solicit, understand, and document the client’s business requirements, processes, and workflows.·        Create support artifacts that align with the business requirements.·        Be responsible for interaction with clients, including eliciting client user stories. ·        Conduct a gap analysis between the current solution and customer requirements. 

Do you have what it takes?

·        Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or a related field. ·        8 years of experience in Information Systems principles in support of AF systems and process.·        Experience and/or knowledge of DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF) and other architecture models. ·        Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio). ·        Prefer Agile methodology experience and/or knowledge. ·        Strong understanding of Scrum and Quality Assurance process.  ·        Understanding of business analysis principles, processes, and techniques. ·        Ability to plan and organize in complex, fast-paced environments. ·        Mature, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. ·        Results-oriented, self-motivated, team player, positive attitude and enthusiastic. ·        Facilitation skills (e.g., facilitating diverse groups to a decision or consensus). ·        Demonstrated “hands-on” approach where necessary.·        Local within 50 miles of Dayton, Ohio ·        Current working one day on-site, subject to change ·        Be a United States citizen.·        Active Secret clearance preferred.
