Established Wealth Management Firm is looking for an individual interested in working part time, who possesses strong administrative skills and who is easily able to multi-task; proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Services Coordinator. As a Client Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role requires strong communication skills. Responsibilities will include greeting clients, as well as other client interactions; all while completing their day to day work in a fast paced office setting. This individual must be proficient with technology and comfortable learning new software.
