Assistant Director of Nursing

Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the clinical operations along side and under the direction of the Director of Nursing.
  • Ensures new nurses receive training on policies, procedures, and proper care of residents.
  • Working Leader - Oversees and implements a resident plan of care.
  • Working Leader - Performing direct nursing services such as administering treatments and assisting in assessments and evaluation
Requirements of RN/LPN's:
  • RN Nursing License required
