Administrative Assistant (Contracts / Grants)
Our well-established non-profit healthcare client seeks an Administrative Assistant with knowledge of grants and contracts to support their Boston, Massachusetts team on a temporary basis. This is a hybrid role requiring qualified applicants to occasionally commute to offices in Boston, Massachusetts.
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities
- Prepare grant applications, submissions, and related information.
- Coordinate budgets and internal records.
- Draft emails, letters, and subcontracts.
- Maintain calendars and take meeting minutes.
- Draft PowerPoint decks and create meeting agendas.
Administrative Assistant Qualifications
- 2 years of administrative experience related to grants and contracts.
- Prior experience with budgeting a plus.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly proficient with MS Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent time management skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Salary: $24-$25/hr. (DOE)
