We are looking to add a full-time Administrative Assistant to help our sales team process orders. This will be an in-office position that works side by side with our Assistant Sales Representative.
Duties include:
- Data entry
- Analyzing information from spreadsheets to compile reports
- Contacting doctors' offices and/or patients to gather missing information
- Reviewing orders prior to sending them to an order intake department to be processed
- Scanning, copying and uploading documents
- Assisting the sales team with other tasks as needed
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma
- 1 years administrative assistant or data entry experience
- Experience in medical office or healthcare field preferred
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Adobe preferred
