What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Manager position at Vantage Management?
Currently looking for a Certified Property Manager in Charge in Anderson, SC area to start immediately.
This position is responsible for managing three LIHTC properties with 132 unit combined.. We are looking for someone to come on board and quickly learn the job, process applications both effectively and expeditiously, and be flexible to the demands of a fast-paced job.
This position includes but is not limited to leasing activities, unit inspections, providing tenant services, light office cleaning, and extensive record keeping (both in hard copy and electronic versions).
We are looking for an organized individual with experience in customer service and general office skills.
Property Manager in Charge is required and will be verified prior to employment being offered.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
