Position: Branch Manager

We are looking for a reliable Branch Manager with great leadership skills and an excellent customer service mentality to help expand our efforts in the fast paced, growing, oil and gas market in our Canyon, TX office. The Branch Manager will be responsible for the overall productivity of your branch. Providing mentorship and support to your team through various resources is key to success in this position. You should be polite and prompt with a commitment to providing our clients with an excellent experience. You should be thorough in ensuring orders are properly fulfilled, committed to safety, and passionate about satisfying clients and team building. Job Duties:

• Instilling a safety-based culture in the branch.
• Proactive leadership of the team.
• Financial responsibility for the branch.
• Managing and developing current and future staff.
• Providing extraordinary customer service.
• Developing strong customer relationships; and aggressively growing market share in the region.
• Inventory management and control.
• Process implementation & streamlining improvements while keeping the customers and growth of the company in the forefront of your decisions.
• Exemplary customer service and focus on growth of the company.
• Adhering to company commitment of 1st to Quote, 1st to Deliver, and Reliable Service.
• Other duties will be necessary.

Experience:

• Valid driver's license issued by the state where you intend to work.
• Multitasking and excellent time management skills.
• Mentoring and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze financial records including following a budget.
• Creative problem solving techniques.
• Focus on customer service and able to lead by example.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• A bachelor's degree preferred.

Compensation:
