Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to bank customers
- Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments
- Assist customers with account inquiries and problem resolution
- Promote products and services to customers
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions
- Adhere to all bank policies and procedures
- Ensure the security of customer information and financial transactions
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in English (additional language skills may be a plus)
