Account Manager - Managed IT Services

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must value client relationships, enjoy working with team members, and strive to deliver exceptional customer service.

Position Responsibilities

• Meet with new prospects
• Prepare and present proposals
• Respond to quote requests
• Prepare and deliver quarterly business reports
• Liaise between our clients and IT Services team
• Nurture and protect client relationships
• Document interactions in our CRM system

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with at least two years of related work experience
• Previous sales experience is preferred, but our thorough training will support you to win every day!
• Valid driver's license and a great driving record
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Experience with Microsoft 365, CRM, and quoting systems
• Experience working within an MSP is a plus
