You’ll help identify the most important strategic projects, and then partner with functional teams across the business to make them happen.
This is a remote position based in the US.
What you’ll do:
- Research approaches for tackling new challenges, then recommend and implement a chosen path (e.g., determine how we build our sales funnel)
- Partner with stakeholders across Vareto to drive strategic and operational projects in a collaborative way (e.g., partner with CEO on marketing efforts)
- Define and set relevant operational KPIs, then track and monitor them, while identifying initiatives to drive improvements (e.g., partner with Head of Customer Success to define KPIs, processes, and playbooks)
- Conduct analysis to inform strategic decision-making
- Identify additional high-impact strategic initiatives, then prioritize and implement the most important and impactful ones
What we’re looking for:
- 2 years of top-tier strategy consulting experience
- Structured, logical thinker who can reason from first principles
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong project management skills
- High degree of ownership
- A growth mindset with a desire to learn
- Ability to multitask and quickly pivot between multiple projects and initiatives
- Ability to productively partner with team members from other functions
- Bonus points if you have a good understanding of FP&A, but not required
