WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Respond to a high volume of live chats, fan emails, social media posts and reviews regarding product offerings, inquiries, replacement / return inquiries, account management, etc ensuring quality service.
- Utilize effective professional writing to resolve inquiries with the utmost professionalism and care.
- Triage customer needs in real time via written communication with multiple fans seamlessly.
- Be empowered to make decisions and problem solve utilizing strong written communication skills.
- Comfortable in upselling our product line and services to better guide fans on their ideal solution.
- Maintain current working knowledge in all areas of Vari’s product line offerings, processes, services, policies and procedures.
- Proactively works to assist others in achieving organizational objectives.
HOW YOU’LL GET THERE
- 3 years of email and / or chat support in a customer service environment.
- Minimum typing 55 WPM
- Strong oral and written communication skills required
- Strong interpersonal and decision making skills
- Technical proficiency in standard business computer operations
- Experience in Salesforce environment preferred.
