Executive Assistant

Vari is looking for an Executive Assistant to support our Chief Revenue Officer, SVP – Sales, and SVP - Product. The Executive Assistant provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship. They will perform a wide variety of administrative and project coordination responsibilities as required to support the day-to-day operations and strategic work of each executive. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, have strong written and verbal communication, administrative and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple opportunities.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Provide sophisticated calendar management using strategic time management skills to anticipate, manage and prioritize complex calendaring needs while balancing the need for prep, travel time, deliverables and follow-up to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements.
  • Serve as an extension of each executive, operating with exceptional attention to detail, taking on a wide breadth of tasks and responsibilities (special projects, complex reports, documents, presentations, purchase orders, etc.) while ensuring the smooth operation of the sales & product office, helping the executives perform on strategy and objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with professionalism, creating a welcoming experience and communication bridge for internal and external stakeholders while developing and maintaining good working relationships with others that builds trust and rapport.
  • Have a “can-do” attitude who is willing and able to pivot quickly and serve with an appropriate level of urgency in support of others.
  • Displays a high level of time management, multi-tasking skills and resourcefulness, anticipate challenges and plans accordingly ahead of need, understands business priorities and proactively looks for ways to improve meetings or processes by offering useful insights and recommendations.

HOW YOU’LL GET THERE

  • Several years of executive support experience, including C-Level support.
  • Ability to perform your role with discretion, good judgement, confidentiality and the utmost integrity.
  • Expert proficiency with Office 365
  • Ability to compile and consolidate notes/information and craft presentations
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills & attention to detail
  • High level of professionalism with the ability to work with diverse groups of people including board members, senior executives, staff, community leaders, etc.
  • Ability to multi-task while handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Ability to switch gears at a moment’s notice.
