Oversees & Leads the bag line. Ensures product is pulled, fills bags with appropriate items listed on Production sheet. May assist in the kitchen as needed.

Job Duties:

Must be available from 6am-6pm and have weekend availability if needed.

Work Activities:

· Cleans food preparation areas as determined by local health department code and company policy

· Prepares bagged lunches

· Follows Production sheets, refill products as needed

· Assists others during the food production/assembly process

· Organizes work area based on food production to maximize time management

Ensure you work with Warehouse Supervisor to pull product when needed

· Maintains HACCP and Production records

· Store food in designated containers and storage areas always following HACCP Safety standards and FIFO rotation practices.

· Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.

· Follows specific company food recipes and production standards to ensure proper consistency and product quality.

· Assures compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements.

· Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent is required and one or more years of food service production experience in a high volume kitchen is highly desired. This position is responsible for performing food preparation and production tasks efficiently and accurately while following safe food handling policies, procedures, and recipes. This position requires standing, walking, lifting 25-35lbs, and bending throughout entire work day.
