As a Quality Manufacturing Technician, you are unafraid of navigating through necessary internal processes to facilitate a product you deeply believe in.

What you'll be doing:
Learn assembly and test processes to build electromechanical medical devices and then train Spanish speaking operators on the process.
Operate standard inspection and test equipment that is maintained by engineering.
Assist in validation activities for equipment and new test methods.
Record results, maintain records, and perform basic data analysis.
Perform job functions in compliance with established work instructions and SOPs.
Update standard work and execute production pilots to qualify the process updates as part of the manufacturing engineering team.
Support day to day production line issues such as product quarantines, rework, CAPAs/NCRs, Returns Review and equipment qualifications (IQ, OQ, PQ, TMV, SV).
What you'll bring:
2 years of hands-on technical experience in manufacturing, quality, or field service; regulated industry experience preferred (medical device, aerospace, or automotive).
Ability to speak Spanish and English proficiently.
Proven experience as a technical trainer.
Bachelors degree in industrial, manufacturing, biomedical, mechanical or electrical engineering or related field.
Ability to read and understand technical documents (test methods, drawings, etc.).
Proven experience multi-tasking and thriving under pressure in a high mix medium volume production environment.
Proven understanding of common physical inspection and electrical test equipment (calipers, micrometers, multimeter, oscilloscope, etc.).
Soldering skills and experience working with electrical components/assemblies.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and proven experience working with cross-functional teams.
Willingness to learn new applications, processes, and skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented processes.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
On-Site/Remote:
Candidate must be able to work on-site in Milwaukee, WI.
0-10% travel required for this position
Schedule/Contract:
This position is a temporary contract position with an approximate end date of August 31, 2024 pending business needs as part of the site decommissioning process.
