We are seeking a Service Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing customer equipment, providing technical support and advice, and ensuring that all service calls are completed in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have experience in the service industry, a strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair customer equipment.
  • Provide technical support to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer service calls.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on customer equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and other technicians.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer service issues.
  • Maintain a safe working environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
