Varney Agency's Business Development Center has an immediate opening for a Personal Lines new business production specialist. This position is focused on developing and providing fast, accurate personal lines new business quotes tailored to the needs of our existing clients and prospective clients. This position is a fast-paced environment with a high energy team. Applicant must be detail orientated and adaptable to change and have a friendly, helpful telephone presence.
The Business Development Center handles incoming requests from our branch offices for personal lines quoting as well as initiating out-bound prospecting calls to our existing clients after reviewing accounts and indentifying possible vulnerabilities often result of split business between varying companies or other agencies.

Requirements
- Familiarity with Windows based operating system is required
- Prior Personal Lines insurance experience is preferred, but Varney Agency will train
- Familiarity with Rating/Quoting personal lines insurance using PL Rating or similar multi-carrier rating engine is preferred, but will train the right candidate
