What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager of Company Training position at Varo Bank?

As the Manager of Company Training you’ll lead the team responsible for all company required training. This includes risk and compliance training required for all banks, as well as any other company-level required training (e.g., Code of Conduct). Rather than rely on outdated and ineffective training methods, you’ll have the opportunity to apply the latest insights in learning to create and advance training programs that make a lasting impact and influence behavior that makes us better at serving our customers avoiding unnecessary risk. You’ll report to the Head of Training and People Development and be part of the People Team at Varo. Training and People Development is a centralized function for all things learning, training and career development with a mission to advance the careers, capabilities and compliance of individuals and teams at Varo.
