Responsibilities:
- To assist and provide service for ADLs, daily chores, errands, cognitive development
- Handling and serving residents in a manner conducive to their safety and comfort
- Perform activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and vitals
- Coordinating schedules for residents requiring rehabilitation therapy
- Provides quality Customer Service efficiently to residents, families, co-workers, and vendors in a manner to ensure satisfaction.
- When properly certified, also perform in the role of medication administration in accordance with practitioner orders.
Documents required:
- Has at least three months of caregiving experience
- Has a passion for the job and a genuine desire to help others
- Physical Test and a TB Test (taken within one year)
- CPR or BLS Certification
- Driver's License or State ID
- Background Check
- COVID Vaccination Card
- HCA ID
