We are looking for a Contact Center Representative. The ideal candidate for our Contact Center Representative position has a sales and technical background and will use a variety of soft skills, industry, and company knowledge to provide the most comprehensive support they can. The most important thing is to be able to effectively communicate with patients and potential patients in a pleasant manner while collecting all of their necessary information and getting them scheduled. The goal is to answer every call we receive. Experience is not required, but preferred.
