Job Posting for Production manager and Director assistant at Vasht Non-Profit Organization
Looking for personal assistant. A detail oriented, neath and responsible person to provide support to me assisting in daily office needs and managing my companies, nonprofit and personal life in administrative activities.
Responsibilities
Control email correspondence and memos, letters and forms. Maintain a contact list.
Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Develop and maintain a filing system.
Assisting in daily tasks like travel arrangements, organizing and scheduling appointments, minor cleaning ( washing daily dishes, counter top, desk...).
renting dance studios/ contacting with dancers/ setting auditions
organizing cloths
keeping eating's habits
Submit and reconcile expense reports.
Assist in the organizing of the events and be in charge of the assigned tasks.
Order office supplies.
Skills
Attention to detail is a must.
being clean and organized is a must.
making smoothies, tea.
Knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
Ability to work with Google docs and calendars.
Excellent time management and priorizing skills.
At least High School degree (an additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The following skills are not a must but will be highly valued and will be of a great plus for the ideal candidate:
Very detail oriented, multi tasker with knowledge of basic etiquette.
Photoshop and Premiere.
Ability to negotiate with banks if needed.
