Job Title : Investigator

Job Location: Indianapolis, IN

Job Description:

  • Conduct interviews of complainants, respondents, witnesses via phone, office interview, or onsite interview, using generally accepted investigative interviewing principles.
  • Carry a caseload where at no time the number of "aged" cases (180 days) exceeds 9% of an investigator's case load.
  • Employment investigators must submit a minimum of five (5) cases per month.
  • Performs legal administrative support duties as required.
  • Work involves gathering and analyzing data relating to charges alleging violation of the Indiana Civil Rights Law.
  • Paralegal certification or current enrollment in a paralegal or legal studies program.
  • Bachelor's Degree Required

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
