About the Opportunity
Deliver basic practice nursing care to include supporting patients to recovery, monitoring conditions of patients, screening and health prevention activities. Work collaboratively with general practitioner to provide assessment, treatment, education, and care to various types of patients, ranging from infants to the elderly.
Clinical nursing experience in a physician practice setting is preferred.
Qualifications
Minimum Education
Associate’s degree in nursing - Required
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing - Preferred
Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Licenses:
Valid licensure in the State of Alabama as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Minimum Work Experience
One (1) year of clinical nursing experience in a physician practice setting is preferred.
