Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and ensuring exceptional customer service. If you have a passion for coffee, food service management, and creating a welcoming atmosphere, we want to hear from you.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service
- Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served in accordance with quality standards
- Train and develop team members on proper food preparation techniques and customer service skills
- Create employee schedules and manage shift rotations to ensure adequate coverage
- Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions to build a strong team
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies
- Implement strategies to increase sales and improve overall profitability
Requirements:
- Previous experience in food service management or hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and familiarity with different coffee blends
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in shift management, including scheduling and delegation of tasks
- Experience in conducting interviews and making hiring decisions
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including kitchen management and food preparation standards
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer complaints effectively
