THE POSITION

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Manager to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to monitor inventory levels across thousands of clinics, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained to meet demand while minimizing excess inventory. This is inclusive of preparing analysis to determine proper order sizes, generating orders, cost/benefit analysis of product selection and market share compliance reporting. The success of this role will be measured by the ability to ensure clinics have adequate Inventory on-hand, and with the ability to successfully communicate across multiple departments across the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor inventory levels across multiple clinics to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
• Establish and maintain order trigger points based on demand forecasts and historical data analysis.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of inventory.
• Run daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track inventory levels, purchasing trends, and performance metrics.
• Analyze inventory data to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, finance, IT and customer groups to optimize inventory management processes.
• Manage supplier market share compliance metrics and reporting.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and adjustments.
• Provide insights and recommendations to management based on data analysis.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, and/or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of SQL queries and experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server Management Studio).
• Prior experience with Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management systems is preferred.
