Role: LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)
Location: Medford, MA 02155
Contract: 9 weeks
Shift hrs: 7A - 7P | 6:30P - 7A | 2:30P - 11P
Qualifications:
- Current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 6 Months of experience in Rehab facility.
- Knowledge of COVID-19 symptoms, transmission, and prevention.
- Ability to assess and provide nursing care to elderly patients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare team members.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor patient’s vitals and record them in their file.
- Assist nursing and medical staff with basic medical tasks, such as administering medication.
- Update patient records in a confidential manner
- Evaluate the patient’s well-being, reporting any needs to medical staff.
- Explain treatments and procedures to patients and families.
- Move patients from wheelchairs, beds, and gurneys.
Requirements:
BLS/CPR Certificate
State License
