Summary

  • Department: Nurse Station
  • Shift Timings: 07:00-19:30 Hours 3 days 12 hour shift (Monday- Friday)
  • Per Week: 36 Hours

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
  • Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
  • Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $41.65 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
