I have the Norfolk Southern GIS App Dev position back open. They MUST have modern JavaScript, like react, angular, and typescript in addition to C# and ArcGIS development. Remote, open ended contract. So, if you do get a placement they will be out there for years.

Where is everyone falling short - looking for a HANDS-ON DEVELOPER that can get started right away. It's a meshing of skills, need general GIS experience, 8 years developer experience.
More notes:
Absolute need someone with current hands-on development, using experience builder, typescript, JavaScript, react
Will look at someone with more of a full stack development background that got into the GIS field and is doing GIS development right now
Want 8-10 years of GIS experience since this is Sr. position
Need to know geodatabases, oracle databases, web development, ArcGIS
Anyone with Railway or DOT experience big plus
Need this person to be able to come in and help with development right away
