What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kennel attendant position at VCA?
We are seeking an experienced and caring Animal Care Attendant to join our team!
The successful candidate will share our commitment to delivering exceptional service to our loyal clientele and the highest quality care to their boarded and hospitalized pets.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Admitting boarding patients.
- Client communication.
- Cleaning cages.
- Feeding and caring for dogs and cats.
- Walking dogs.
- Bathing dogs.
- Doing laundry.
- Assisting Doctors and Technicians when necessary.
- Compensation is negotiable based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials. The pay range for this position is $ to $18 per hour.

This is a Full Time Position (30-35 hours per week) which includes weekends and holidays.
