The Bath/Shower Textile Designer is responsible for the creative design and development of Bath and Shower products for various retailers, from Mass Market to Fashion Market. The designer will execute from concept to finished product by working with our vast design support teams.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Design Bath and Shower products for a diverse customer base.
- Work on customer-specific design development.
- Work with the Product Development Team in developing original designs from a concept to a finished product.
- Review factory samples for pattern, color, repeat, and construction.
Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Bath and Shower design.
- Creative thinker and able to execute and present innovative ideas.
- Expertise in Photoshop and Illustrator.
Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong Thinking and Communication Skills.
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and handle deadlines.
- Ability to work as a Team Member.
- Excellent color sense.
