What are the responsibilities and job description for the Workday Reporting Analyst position at VCU Health?
The ERP Report Analyst is tasked with performing work associated with the creation of report solutions in Workday within the designated workstream (either Human Capital Management [HCM], Finance [FIN] or Supply Chain Management [SCM]).
The Workday Report Analyst plans and directs the analysis of data in Workday and develops and edits technical and business documentation.
This role extracts data, manipulates, and explores data using quantitative, statistical and visualization tools.

Experience REQUIRED: Three years of previous work experience, which may include related internship experience, in designated workstream and/or Information Technology. Demonstrated analytical skills and strong understanding of designated workstream. Experience supporting system testing and/or data validation activities Exhibit a high level of attention to detail, analytical acumen, intellectual curiosity and language skills (both written and spoken) Exhibit knowledge of the system development life cycle and object-oriented data models
Experience PREFERRED: Understanding of Workday HCM, Financials and/or Supply Chain Management for Healthcare. Previous experience using Workday implementation methodology. Previous experience using Workday implementation methodology.
Education/training REQUIRED: Bachelor’s Degree in related field and/or equivalent combination of education, training or experience.
Education/training PREFERRED: Basic Workday Training. Independent action(s) required: Investigates and analyzes current functionality to identify data integrity issues and misalignments with existing business services policies and procedures. Expected to make key configuration decisions within the context of analyst’s functional area Successfully completes multiple complex reporting and analytics projects while meeting or exceeding deadlines. Create and assimilate business process documentation
