Business Analyst

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of digital banking platforms, technologies, and trends (e.g., core banking systems, mobile banking, digital payments, fintech solutions, AI/ML).
• Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role within the financial services industry, with a focus on digital banking.
• Experience with digital transformation initiatives and innovative digital banking solutions.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) for project management and software development
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
• Basic understanding of the Salesforce platform and experience working with a team on Salesforce projects a plus
