Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Lead cross functional internal Paint projects, while working with production engineering groups and MFG plant departments to improve process / equipment issues related to client new model management
- Collaborate directly with NAMC departments and Pilot Engineers to confirm process requirements, tool development and system compliance requirements
- Development of PoC’s and SOWs relating to Small Parts ED focusing on 650
- Commissioning & integration of systems necessary to the manufacturing facilities
- Working closely with business customers to gather, interpret, and define technical requirements during the initial SE, Genzu, and CV stages to prepare for Goshi process readiness.
- Managing equipment OEMs, and installation GCs to ensure compliance to NA regulations, GAMS standards, and Construction safety guidelines, while providing a safe, low cost, efficient process for the Assembly.
- Support Paint activities for manufacturing.
- Develop strategies to efficiently identify Paint concern points and highlight to customer.
