Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to support security operations processes, including incident response, vulnerability management, and threat intelligence.
Customize and extend the ServiceNow Security Operations module to meet the organization's security requirements.
Develop and implement automated workflows, playbooks, and integrations to streamline security operations processes.
Configure and customize ServiceNow dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide visibility into security incidents and trends.
Collaborate with security analysts, IT operations teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs.
Provide technical expertise and guidance on ServiceNow development best practices, security operations processes, and technologies.
Perform code reviews, unit testing, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and reliability of ServiceNow solutions.
Stay current on ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and industry trends related to security operations.
Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to improve the organization's overall security posture.
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to support business continuity and disaster recovery processes, including business impact analysis, plan development, and incident management.
Customize and extend the ServiceNow BCM module to meet the organization's business continuity requirements.
Develop and implement automated workflows, notifications, and integrations to streamline business continuity processes.
Configure and customize ServiceNow dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide visibility into business continuity metrics and performance.
Collaborate with business continuity managers, IT teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs.
Provide technical expertise and guidance on ServiceNow development best practices, business continuity processes, and technologies.
Perform code reviews, unit testing, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and reliability of ServiceNow solutions.
Stay current on ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and industry trends related to business continuity management.
