Location: Bellevue WA, Frisco,TX , Kansas, KS (Onsite)

Client: UST Global



NOC (Senior level technicians )

• Monitoring all TFB specific nodes (MLB, BCH, Airport sites,Core network connections for Movius, SASE)

• NOC to NOC engagment from all business customers

• Swivel hair between partnerr and NOC to NOC relationships

• Ticket governace on all TFB ticket types for network

• Vendor Maintenance check in and escalations

• Tier 1 Troubleshooting / Triage

• Ultra high containment

• 24 x 7 x 365
