Interactive Designer

The Interactive Designer will be proficient in interaction design tools and technologies, including Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp. Experience in creating design strategy, wireframes, and prototypes. Creating concepts, artwork, and layouts for digital and print based projects based on client creative briefs.

What You'll Do

• Captivate your audience through elevated design concept and execution.
• Adobe Creative Suite -- including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Take direction on a variety of projects. Demonstrate value by contributing and often leading team discussions around vision, ideation, design and execution.
• Take the Creative Lead on a project – inspiring not only the Client – but the entire gang working on it.
• Brand Conscious decision
• Dazzling clients with vision across all platforms in a consistent/profitable way.
• Present brand strategy, concept development solutions, and visual design capabilities in small and group settings.
• Collaboration with the team.
• You can work independently -- setting your own schedule, being a go-getter, and love the freedom.

What You'll Need

• Associates or bachelor’s degree in graphic design
• 3-5 years in visual or graphic design.
• Knowledge of environmental brand design and management preferred.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. -5:00 p.m., with flexibility in working hours. No weekend or over-time work is expected.

Physical Demands

This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.

Dress Code and Appearance

We are a business casual workplace, but all employees must maintain a neat and clean appearance that is appropriate for the workplace setting and for the work being performed. All staff, regardless of position, is expected to present a professional, businesslike image to clients, visitors, customers and the public.

Travel

Travel is not anticipated for this position other than seminars and/or conferences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
