1st Shift (M-F 7a-3 : 30p)
$16.50 / hr. 10% shift diff $18.15 / hr.
Responsibilities
149; Interpret and verify part being produced against ticket / traveler (material, diameter, thread type, etc.)
149; Pack, cap or box pipe nipples according to the appropriate procedures.
149; Understanding of scanning procedure to effectively start and end production jobs using the data collection system
149; Perform constant visual quality inspection (torn threads, crooked threads, etc.)
149; Communicate machine or quality problems to the Packing Supervisor
149; Identify, pick, inspect and process Special Process Orders per customer request
149; Properly leave work area ready for next shift
149; Perform other duties that may be assigned to support overall company operations
149; Willingness and ability to work overtime when asked by a manager or supervisor
Requirements :
High school graduate, G.E.D., or equivalent preferred.
149; Ability to do basic high school level math.
149; Standing, sitting, reaching, climbing up / down stairs and bending for entire shift
149; Capable of lifting up to 20 lbs. frequently, 50 lbs. occasionally
149; Able to use and read a scale / ruler up to 1 / 32
149; Excellent work habits including punctuality, attendance, and work ethic along with flexible scheduling hours as needed
149; Ability to perform effectively under conditions of fluctuating workload
149; Knowledge of basic computer skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook, and RF Scanning
149; Willing and able to continuously improve yourself, others, and the operations in a fast-paced, changing environment
149; Capacity to work in a total quality management environment with continuous process improvement
